Just before Christmas the lovely people at Ahava offered me the chance to try out their foot cream and after trying their face mask/scrub I jumped at the chance.
Unfortunately my personal life got in the way hence the lack of most posts but I am finally able to bring you the review.
I have always had slight dryness on my feet so I was really looking forward to seeing if this would ease the dryness prior to Christmas period with the possible need to wear heels.
The cream is very thick and luxurious to the touch, not overly greasy, sinking into the skin fairly quickly. The smell is lovely and not overpowering at all, I actually found the smell very relaxing.
My already soft skin did instantly feel softer, the dryer parts didn't really have an effect but, this product is something to be used over time to improve the skin in that area which indeed it does. I used the cream daily after bathing and showering and did one intensive session by applying a thick layer prior to bed and adding a warm pair of socks.
After one week of using this product and the intensive session I noticed a major improvement on the heels of my feet. The dryness in that area had significantly reduced.
What Ahava say about this product: an ultra-rich, soothing formula that leaves dry, rough and cracked feet feeling remarkably soft, supple and comfortable.
This product is not the cheapest on the market but I highly recommend it for those of you that suffer with dry feet and haven't found relief thus far.
I plan on posting before and after images after a further weeks session as I never actually got the chance to do this before and as with everything the proof is in the pudding.
I hope you've enjoyed reading this and will look forward to the images once I get chance to bring that to you in the next few weeks.
You can buy ahava's foot cream from For £18 for 100mls of product and can be purchased directly from Ahava's website
Have you tried this product, what did you think?

Haul With Swatches - MUA Cosmetics
Over the past few weeks I have been spending money I don't have on lots of makeup goodies, I know I am a naughty girl but when you walk into Superdrug and they are whispering "Buy me, buy me" I couldn't say no could I?
Here's what I treated myself too:
The MUA Undressed Palette
The MUA Heaven and Earth Palette
I got this palette prior to the others so it has had quite a bit of love as you can see by the state of the palette. I absolutely adore this palette for creating a beautiful brown smoked out eye. The palette features perfect brown shades for all occasions, Its also a perfect bridal palette for those of you just starting out. Yet again the matte colours aren't fantastic but as I said before the satin/shimmer colours make the palette worth it. You can purchase the Heaven and Earth Palette exclusively at Superdrug or on the MUA cosmetics website for £4.00.
The Artiste Collection
This new product is simply amazing! I have owned an array of primers and this one really does the job as you can see just from looking at the palette images as the primer used was this one. I would go as far as saying this product is just as good as some of the higher end primers, It boosts product payoff (see above images) and shadow longevity. I will most certainly be stocking up on this product because for £2.50 you really cant go wrong. You can purchase the Eye Primer from MUA's Website or Exclusively at Superdrug.
Have you tried any of the above products? Let me know your thoughts!

The MUA Undressed Palette
I haven't had chance to play with this palette other than swatching but as with all MUA shadows the matte colours are not highly pigmented and a little chalky. The satin/shimmer colours make this palette worth the buy as the pigmentation in those shadows is simply amazing. For £4.00 this is a great alternative to some of the higher end brands and a great way to start a makeup kit for those just starting out. You can purchase the Undressed Palette exclusively at Superdrug or on the MUA cosmetics website.

This palette is my least favourite simply because the shades are not as pigmented as the other palettes especially in the case of the face shades. The face shades were so sheer I had to swatch them on white paper to enable them to show up for you guys. I do need to play around a bit more with this palette so, I think the jury is currently out and I may have to revisit this for a review at a later date. This palette is available on MUA's website and Superdrug stores for £6.00.
